If buyer and seller have found each other, you don’t need a realtor. It’s much less expensive and much more practical to hire a lawyer for your real estate transaction. A for-sale-by-owner FSBO transaction includes:

  • Advice for selecting title companies, reading title reports, understanding the title history and other documents included on the title such as easements and liens…;

  • Directions for opening escrow;

If the buyer and seller have found each other, you do not need a realtor. Save your money and work with a lawyer instead!!! These are called For Sale by Owner transactions or FSBOs.
